Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Everett, Washington. This role is integral to our team, focusing on the processing of customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.Responsibilities: Efficiently process full cycle accounts payable. Maintain accurate records of customer credit. Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. Conduct 1099 processing and journal entries. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status. Utilize accounting software such as Acumatica, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks. Ensure compliance with industry standards in all tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling customer information. Continually update skills and industry knowledge to enhance job performance. Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and management Experience with Acumatica software for accounting tasks Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or similar role is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
