Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) ESRC Electrical Systems Responsibility Center Business Operations organization is seeking an Experienced or Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to support our team in Everett, Washington!In this role, you will support the BCA Fabrication Leadership Team. We encourage every teammate to feel empowered to bring their best through creativity, innovation, and diversity as this drives a positive culture through transparency, safety, quality, and respect.The Business Operations Specialists (Level 3 or 4) at ESRC Electrical Systems Responsibility Center play a crucial role in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business goals. They assist in the formulation of sourcing strategies, cost imperatives, deployment analysis, and impact mitigation. These specialists collaborate with business partners to validate results, determine scope, and develop business cases. They also coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies and identify potential risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and refining business cases. Additionally, they collect, organize, and provide data to maintain program status and ensure compliance. These specialists perform various studies, analyses, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints, and they create schedules, reports, metrics, and change activities to communicate and update plans throughout the lifecycle of a program or project. They also work towards improving project management processes, business systems, and implementing best practices to support project decision makers.Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation.

Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case.

Supports the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.

Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.

Meets with leadership to gain approval.

Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.

Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.

Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working in Business Operations, or Finance related or planning related field

3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, developing and presenting recommendations to the executive level and leading high-level projects for Executives or Sr Leadership

3+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

3+ years of experience working in a dynamic work environment, including managing multiple priorities simultaneously

3+ years of experience developing relationships and negotiating commitments with other functional organizations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher

PMP Certification

Experience working with Microsoft Office tools

Experience in a role that required communication, executive writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills

Experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions

Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals

Typical Education/Experience:Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
