Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Clinical Assistant position. The Clinical Assistant is responsible for coordination of all Category II and III equipment set-ups and staff scheduling as directed. The Clinical Assistant acts as a liaison between Norco clinicians and referral sources, and trouble shoots questions and problems with patients/clients. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to optimize the equipment needs for clientsObtain necessary documentation and authorizations required for equipment coverageAssist with clinical, sales support, and home transition staff, as necessaryAssist customer service staff to coordinate respiratory-related dischargesCoordinate RT/Clinician schedules and patient set-ups, answer and route clinical staff/patient communicationScheduling clinical staff to optimize workflowsPerform other tasks as assigned or necessaryPay $22-$24/Hr DOE
