Description: Manage the overall productivity of the branch; including branch employees, customer relationships, profitability and internal repairs. Create and maintain customer relationships inside/outside the branch. Provide customer service (write orders, make reservations), order merchandise, explain rental equipment and service equipment.
Qualifications: Valid driver's license required. Able to work occasional weekends if needed, pass a drug test and lift up to 70 lbs. Construction equipment and rental experience preferred. Other qualifications: self motivated, sales oriented, responsible, persistent, honest, committed, positive, helpful, business acumen, good communicator, common sense/logical, enjoys a challenge among other things.
Compensation: $55,000 salary; plus a $20,000 retention bonus on your one year work anniversary
