Daritech, Inc is seeking a Parts Counter Sales & Inventory Representative for its branch located in Sunnyside, Washington.

Essential Duties:

-The Parts Counter Sales & Inventory Representative is responsible for parts sales to our regional customers via walk-in and phone. -This requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

-Sales process includes troubleshooting, research, quoting, completing the sale and arranging delivery or pick-up.

-Works with Daritech branch manager, install team and service technicians to ensure proper parts are available for job specific needs.

-Responsible for inventory management. This includes working with our main location as well as directly with vendors.

-Assist branch manager with facilities and fleet management.

-Assist corporate office and branch manager by providing daily documents, reports, schedules and project procurement updates as needed.

-The successful candidate must be personable, self-motivated, be able to work independently and have above average organizational skills.

-Requires the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members by telephone, text, e-mail and in person.

Qualifications - The ideal candidate will possess the following, but we are willing to train the right person:

-Parts counter sales experience in agriculture, construction, or automotive industries are preferred.

-Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

-Knowledge of dairy industry preferred, but not necessary.

-Inventory management experience preferred, but not necessary.

-Ability to interpret parts drawings and basic project drawings (2D & 3D).

-Strong organizational and customer service skills.

-Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors and fellow employees.

-Good computer skills and basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel are required. Familiarity with dealer management systems is a plus.

-Must be team oriented and work calmly with efficiency and accuracy.

-Forklift experience preferred, or able to be trained in safe operation.

-Able to occasionally climb, balance and lift or move up to 50 pounds

-Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

-The successful candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background check.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:30-5:00

Occasional overtime required

Compensation and Benefits:

Wage: $20 - $25 per hour DOE

Job Type: Full-time
