Hours are MWF 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Assist the Manager with any/all instructions given. Pay is $20.00 per hour. Duties include, but are not limited to;
Clean vacant apartments
Clean common areas(Interior and Exterior)
Answer phones
Show apartments to prospects
Process applications
Filing
Serve notices
Assist Manager in directing maintenance crew
