Immediate need of property inspectors in the Tri-cities and surrounding areas to complete property occupancy inspections. Our Field Inspectors are independent contractors and require to: make contact with home owners, have good work ethic, be self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills. Have an attention to detail and want some flexibility in their schedule. Attempt/complete assignments within 5-7 days of receipt of the assignments. A typical field call conducted would include driving to address, taking pictures of the location, delivering a call letter to the addressee and if possible asking the customer to contact the client. The assignment takes no longer than 5 to 6 minutes to complete. General Requirements: reliable transportation (fuel-efficient automobile), Minimum 19 years of age, background screening, computer, printer and high speed internet, digital camera and/or Cell phone, Valid Drivers license. We will train if no prior experience. This is a W-9 Sub-contracting position, you are responsible for your own taxes, fuel, expenses, etc. Please respond with name and phone number to be reached by a representative.
