The Maintenance Technician supports the operational efficiency of Premier Manufacturing by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across the facility and equipment.
This role ensures the facility remains in optimal working condition to meet production and operational demands.
The Maintenance Technician works directly under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and Maintenance.
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills for logging maintenance tasks and using maintenance software.

Experience in assembly, electrical, production, schematic, wiring, electrical assembly, blueprint, electronic assembly, micrometer, electronics, electrical wiring, circuit board, and panel wiring.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
