As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, overseeing customer inquiries, and providing support to our team members.What you get to do:
Help keep the office organized
Answering phones
Scheduling
Meet and greet with walk-ins and provide excellent customer service
Data entry
Filing
Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
What you need to be successful:
QuickBooks
Dispatch system experience a plus but not required.
