Job DescriptionResponsible for sourcing external resources to fit project demand and budget requirements.Partners with Consulting management to fulfill external project staffing requirements, achieving optimal margin, and increasing overall customer satisfaction. Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned teams. Partner with approved vendors to identify resources to present for open staffing requirements. Escalate urgent requests on weekly staffing calls. Confirm assignment end dates. Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources. Update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason. Maintain data integrity. Contribute to overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting.ResponsibilitiesDuties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail. General understanding of the resource management tools and processes. Two years of resource management or related experience. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
