Looking for hard working, driven resident Manager for a 54 unit Low Income Tax Credit property in Port Angeles. Would prefer applicant have knowledge with customer service and experience with Microsoft 360 applications. Must be able to multitask, keep files orderly and handle conflicts or complaints. Will train for this position and is a salary position with benefits. Position requires answering phones, auditing files, certifying tenants, compliance with state and federal housing laws, scheduling work orders, etc. M-F 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. If interested in this position, please contact the office or come to the rental office to set up an interview.
