Lawyer needed

Semi retired, 40+ year experienced attorney seeking attorney to eventually buy out the practice. Will have case referrals immediately. Will assist new attorney in all aspects. New attorney needs to desire non-urban lifestyle. General practice with a very nice niche to be discussed. Will be as busy as you want. Will share income from referrals, and eventually buy out the practice on terms to be discussed. Need to be independent, doing your own "secretarial" work until / unless you want to expand to higher overhead situation. Emphasis, small town.
