I am looking to hire a skilled Laborer or Carpenter Apprentice or Carpenter for a 2+ year residential project in Sequim. Must be able to get to Sequim BY 7:00am Mon-Fri and understand the distance if you come from off of the peninsula. This can also come with the opportunity to move to another project afterwards in the King County area as we are a also a commercial developer. Holiday Pay & BENEFITS
LABORER/APPRENTICE FOR PROJECT IN SEQUIM, WA
JOB SUMMARY
Work with other team members and alone in performing multiple tasks which include, but not limited to: Clean up, digging, grading, operating CAT mini-excavator & skid steer, framing, concrete formwork, rebar installation, drywall, etc. A successful applicant should be hardworking, RELIABLE, and have good communication and organizational skills and be willing to learn. You must have previous construction field experience.
PAY STARTING AT
$25 per hour (depending on experience)
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Framing: Wood structures with joists, rafters, sill & top plates and studs
Concrete: Formwork, rebar and concrete placement
Build small decks, stairs & railings
Use of a spinning laser for elevation control
Perform general labor work as needed such as clean up, stacking/relocating materials, etc.
PREFERRED:
Drywall and insulation
Excavation: Mini-Ex & Skidsteer for minor trenching and foundation excavations & backfills
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience 2+ years
Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation

must be able to properly use, handle and dispose of hazardous materials per MSDS regulations and company
procedures.
Employee is occasionally exposed to hot, wet cold and or humid conditions, high, precarious places and outside
weather conditions.
