Schedule: Mon/Tue 8am to 6pm, Fri/Sat 6am to 4pm Location: Redmond, 98052 (fully onsite) Summary: Responsible for the 24x7 monitoring of all physical and electronic security systems reporting to the Security Command Center (SCC). Works with internal and external customers to assist with a wide range of physical security matters. Communicates via phone, text messages, and emails to all levels within the organization and externally. Performs access management tasks including badge creation, assignment of access, and removal of access based on policies and procedures. Intakes reports of suspicious, or other security matters. Coordinates law enforcement, security, and internal response to a variety of security incidents. Qualifications
Computer Savvy and ability to type 40+ wpm
Problem solving skills
Prior experience as Office Manager, Technical/Help Desk Rep, Security, or similar
Good job tenure (1+ year each role)
