Description We are in search of a proactive Receptionist for our team. The role is based in Renton, Washington, and will require on-site presence. As a Receptionist, you will provide support to our team by welcoming guests, managing phone lines, assisting with supply distribution, and handling mail and email correspondence. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm welcome and directing them to the appropriate department or person Manage incoming and outgoing calls, transferring them to the correct departments as required Assist the facilities team in distributing supplies across the office Handle the reception of mail and packages from various carriers including USPS, UPS, Amazon, FedEx, and Couriers Oversee the check-in process for customers coming for fingerprinting services Monitor incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate records and distribution Respond to and forward email correspondence as necessary Work closely with facilities maintenance and conference center staff to ensure smooth operation of the office Perform other duties as requested or assigned by the management Utilize MS Office software for various administrative tasks Maintain a reliable and dependable presence in the office, showing up consistently as required. Skills: Proficiency in Receptionist Duties Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls and Transfer Calls Experience with Certified Mail and Daily Mail handling Ability to Direct Guests and Assists Visitors Proficiency in Email Correspondence. Requirements Proficiency in executing receptionist duties in a professional and efficient manner Ability to handle and transfer inbound calls to the appropriate department or personnel Proven experience in managing certified mail, daily mail, and department mail Expertise in directing guests to their designated areas within the organization Capable of providing assistance to visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience Excellent skills in email correspondence, ensuring clear and concise communication Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with diverse groups of people Basic knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines and printers Proficient in MS Office Suite and other basic computer applications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Professional appearance and demeanor.
