They are expected to support senior leadership by developing processes to enhance the guest experience, greet VIP’s upon arrival/departure, ensure VIP’s rooms are properly prepared for their stay and provide concierge services to the guest during their visit. They also coordinate and confirm that Crew reservations are processed correctly and assist with their check in and check out. Other responsibilities could include assisting guests with luggage, packages, recommending local attractions and reservations.This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
