This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, TX and MT. Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Remote work will be considered. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule

The Manager is responsible for helping develop the strategic plans for the IS organization and for developing and implementing the tactical plans for the Applications team. Develops, tracks and monitors the capital and operating budgets for the Applications team and their participation in projects and support. This position is responsible for leading, mentoring and developing supervisors as well as maintaining the technical competency of and staff to insure the daily operational readiness of the Applications Team. The Manager is also responsible for establishing and maintain long term vendor relationships to define and drive the application strategy and roadmap to ensure application stability and a positive user experience. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule. Full-time hybrid position - remote work will be considered

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, EngineeringOr equivalent educ/experience
5 years Information Services leadership experience
8 years Total relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience: Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.
8 years:
Application design and/or implementation of large scale Oracle Enterprise Performance Management systems (HFM, FCCS, EPBCS, etc.)
ERP experience to include leading Information Services teams in 2 or more of the following applications and business processes
Enterprise Performance Management (Planning and Budgeting, HPCM, HFM, DRM).
Master Data Management (Chart of Accounts, Projects, Enterprise Finance Reporting).
Core Finance (General Ledger, and Projects)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administ
