Schedule Description: 10 - 30 Hours per weekDescription:Responsible for delivering the highest level of recruiting and staffing services to hiring managers and the agency. Successful candidate will deliver high quality professional level candidates and advance the client brand across numerous markets and professional communities. This position will perform recruiting, including sourcing, posting jobs and candidate screening all while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.Minimum quals:At least 3+ years of recruiting experience.Must have used WORKDAY for recruiting.Great customer service & strong communication skills.No specific education requirements.Part time - Temporary positionRemote work is ok – Ideal if the candidate is local but can work with out-of-state candidates.Potential duties:Networking & identifying possible candidates and encouraging them to apply for client job openings.Screening resumes - Requires an incredible attention to detail in order to articulate client’s highly complicated position descriptions.Posting jobs - Accurately in a timely manner.Phone calls and emails with hiring supervisors/managers and HR team.Required abilities and skillsKnowledge of state-of-the-art recruiting methods including internet and non-traditional methods of sourcing candidates.Strong abilities to analyze applicant’s qualifications in relation to job requirements and to determine a suitable match for the job.Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and identities.Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.Must be resourceful, innovative, adaptable and flexible to effectively respond to changing conditions and demands.High level of interpersonal skills including insight and ability to match individual strengths to job requirements.Skilled in the use of computerized databases and system, including MS Office, WORKDAY, and the internet.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
