A chain restaurant is looking for a full-time accountant. This is a full-time position working at Bellevue, WA.
Job RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
-Bookkeeping for entries including but not limited to sales, bills, receipts, and payments.
-Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
-Prepare general ledger journal entries.
-Supervise the monthly stocktaking and enter the inventory adjustments in QB.
-Comply with local, state, and federal tax and reporting regulations.
-Track employee hours and benefits, process payroll and tax payment on ADP platform.
-Fill annual company budget form and assist with budget planning.
-Correspond and communicate with internal staff and vendors.
-Complete monthly financial reports and internal management reports.
-Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Degree in accounting with over one-year accounting experience.
-Must be knowledgeable and skillful in QuickBooks.
-Confidence with MS Office skills, including Excel, and Word.
-Fluency in Chinese and English, both in writing and speaking.
-Must be eligible to work in US (No visa sponsoring).
