Seasonal Tax Preparer
Multi Firm office looking for a Seasonal Tax Preparer to Assist with our busy tax season.
Grass CPA & Associates is looking to hire a seasonal person to assist with our busy season. Grass CPA is a Tax and Accounting firm that currently owns 3 other firms that all operate out of our Renton Highland’s office. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be a great multi-tasker, have data entry skills with excellent attention to detail, learn quicky and have a positive attitude.
This full-time seasonal position and is not available for remote work. This position will involve Saturdays and potential overtime. All aspects of this position are to support our client work and to assist the senior preparers in their ability to complete client’s work timely. Our office is open 6 days a week from the end of January through mid-April. We offer all staff members who complete the season a bonus.
This position requires:
2+ years’ experience in Tax Preparation of 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120, 1120S
Public accounting experience – college degree in accounting a plus
Credentials a plus (EA, CPA)
QuickBooks Online Experience – QB desktop a plus
General Journal entries as it pertains to tax preparation
Strong English Grammer and spelling skills – bi-lingual a plus
