Our company is deemed essential and growing at over 800% a year. We are located in Lacey, Washington, just off the I-5 corridor.We are seeking an individual that has experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excell, Word and any light experience with Adobe is a plus). There is a state traceability system for the I-502 Cannabis Industry. We will train in this area. It is not required to have any knowledge in state traceability system, as training will be provided. High attention to detail is must! We are in a highly regulated industry.In addition the candidate will be required to print labels and ability to learn to use software and maintain the high speed printers we utilize. Applicants must be able to coordinate with 3rd party transportation companies, consultants, and retail locations.We operate Monday through Friday shifts: 7:00 am to 3:30. We have a good environment and great team! So, communications skills are essential.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will be responsible for quickly, correctly, and accurately entering and managing the data we need to remain continually compliant.You need to be highly organized and able to efficiently manage orders and communication with consultants and customer accounts as orders are built and scheduled for delivery.ESSENTIALS ITEMS/SKILLS· You must be at least 21 years of age – no exceptions.· You must be able to reliably arrive on time, every time.· You must have mechanical skills/aptitude and be able to use light machinery, printers and labeling machines.· You must be able to complete repetitive tasks quickly and accurately – think fine motor skills in a fast pace production process that has multiple steps such as order picking.· You must have an eye for detail to ensure that no defective units and/or sub-assemblies ever leave the building.· You must be able to follow directions and adapt as circumstances warrant.· You must be willing to learn new things and cross train to strengthen the team.· You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.· You must be able to accurately count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide. You get bonus points if you can do fractions and decimals correctly.· You must be professional. Treat your co-workers with dignity, respect, and kindness. We don’t tolerate bad behavior as we strive for a fun and productive environment.· You must pass a thorough background check.HIGHLY DESIRABLE· Problem solving skills – finding ways for us to improve our production process is actively encouraged & financially rewarded. When we save, you get bonuses.· Computer skills – you should be able to use common applications like Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Windows, Mac OS, iPad OS, Android, iPhone OS, etc. Adobe is considered a plus as it is a massive skill in itself.· A desire to learn – you may not know anything about our industry, but we can teach you.· A sense of pride that comes from a job well done and contributing so our mutual success is achieved. It’s a team effort and we work to have a great work environment.· Not afraid to use common sense. Its less common than you think.· Be comfortable with other physical activities like sitting, standing, stretching, and bending depending on the tasks needing to be done.· +1 year of related production experience is preferred but not required.COMPENSATION· 90 Day probationary period to ensure it’s a good fit for the both of us.· Pay range: $17.00 to $22.00/hr. based on demonstrated aptitude, attitude, communication skills, punctuality, and leadership potential.· Bonuses for helping us improve process efficiencies, hitting production targets, and eliminating both product and order errors.· Contests, giveaways, and prizes happen frequently.· Monthly allocation of merchandise samples (we actively encourage input on new product ideas).· Raises and responsibilities come fast if you have the right skill set and build a reliable performance track record.· Additional weekend and overtime work have been known to happen but are not required.· Rumor has it that we order lunch in for the crew fairly often.
