Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, policy changes, payments, and more. Your ability to provide excellent service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and services.
Process payments, policy changes, and other customer requests accurately.
Educate clients on available products and services to meet their needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
Support sales teams by identifying cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
Contribute to a team environment by being flexible and solution-focused.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred.
Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
