Job functions:
Operate in fast past environment while managing large amounts of incoming calls
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Identify and assess customers' needs to maximize the customer experience
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Mastery of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Shift:
Monday – Friday - 8AM – 5PM
