Are you passionate about working with children and creating a fun and engaging learning environment? The Perkins School is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Extended Day Program Teacher to join our team. We are a small, progressive K-5th grade elementary school that is dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences for our students.
Have fun helping supervise students in our after-school program. Bring your own interests and talents, help develop projects and learn to manage and excite students with engaging activities.
Schedule will be Tuesdays/Thursdays and Fridays- with a possibility of adding more days.
Hours: 3:00-6:00pm (Tuesdays) 3:00-5:30 (Thurs/Fridays)
Qualifications
-Prior experience working with children
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
-Energetic creative and enthusiastic approach to working with children
-A background check is required by The Perkins School
