• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field.• Knowledge of Active Directory.• Experience managing OKTA or a similar SSO service is a plus.• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Respond, log and track support tickets into the IT ticketing system. Responsible for allocating out IT Support tickets among IT Staff and providing management updates on the status of ticket completion.• Setup, repair, and maintain workstation computers and related equipment.• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware failures.• Provision laptops and computers for new employees/vessels.• Installation and upgrade of software applications.• Develop and maintain catalog of equipment and software.• Provides on-site support, equipment and technical services for staff and organization events. (Audio/Visual, Computer, Network, etc.).• Manage Microsoft Exchange distribution lists.• Lead contact for department vendors for both software and hardware.• System administrator for Okta (SSO service) and other cloud based programs, as assigned.Projects:• Supporting 150 people in office with computers • Supporting computers on 55 tugs and 50 barges (each tug has 2 computers and each barge has 1 computer)• Training and development of entry level IT staff in Support On Call: Currently, all techs are on call. Their system rings to all 3 employees phones after hours. Whoever answers it, takes the ticket. Growth: Will be looking at this person to potentially grow into a leadership role as the company continues to grow.
