Robert Half is searching for an IT Technical Analyst for a Healthcare client in Seattle, Washington. The primary responsibilities of this role are to assist end-users with technical issues and image new hardware. This is a great opportunity to work with an organization that is driven by their mission of diversity and to help those who cannot afford healthcare. Additionally, this IT Technical Analyst will need a reliable form of transportation to travel between different sites from Lake City to Rainier Beach. When the IT Technical Analyst is not traveling to different sites, they would be working from home. This role is a contract to hire opportunity in Seattle. Major responsibilities- Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures- Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals- Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters- Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems- Image new hardware like desktops and laptops- Travel to various sites to assist end-users with technical issues Requirements - 2+ years of desktop support or other related experience- Microsoft Office 365 experience required - Strong familiarity with Windows OS 10 - Skilled with imaging new workstations- Must be proactive, collaborative, and communicative; motivated to find work and stay busy during working hours- Must have a reliable form of transportation Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
