Role Info: We are looking for an experienced professional to support the Sales Content and Monetization organizations to bring more scale efficiency and innovation to our budget and planning operations. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.Responsibilities

Operate with a deep understanding of core FPA planning principles processes and deliverables such as budgeting forecasting annual planning accruals and close variance analysis approvals and reporting

Manage day to day budget operations such as budget transfers updating budget trackers providing updates to business partners on latest actuals.

Track and reconcile headcount and payroll data

Drive quarterly financial consolidations reporting and assist FMs with close and forecast processes end to end pull data to support analysis prepare slides/leadership reporting charts review accruals and keep forecast models up to date.

Maintain monthly updates to the Music and Content files ensuring partner deal actuals and forecast are reflected with accuracy and account for business and revenue accounting input.

Identify and drive process improvements to continuously simplify automate and scale forecasting reporting and other financial processes

Assist with forecast data uploads at the account and cost center level

Skills

Verbal and written communication skills attention to detail and critical thinking.

Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

Previous FPA experience

MUST HAVE

Previous experience with Financial applications such as Microsoft Word Excel Google Sheets. Smartview/EPM/Hyperion Planning experience STRONG ASSETS

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years related experience.
