Description We are in the search of a Project Coordinator to join our team in the high tech engineering industry located in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Facilitate and coordinate project activities and ensure project phases are documented appropriately Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and data Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments Oversee the organization's correspondence, including calls, emails, and letters Coordinate and set up high-level conference calls, board meetings, and special events Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to ongoing projects Use project management tools like ADP and Kronos Timekeeping System to track project progress and report status to stakeholders Handle customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to relevant departments Use Concur for expense management related to project costs. Requirements Possession of a degree or relevant certification in a related field Proven experience in a similar role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technological tools Excellent skills in calendar management and scheduling Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal Experience in coordinating conference calls and managing correspondence Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Familiarity with industry standards and project management methodologies Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
