Find your future with us.Boeing is seeking a Senior Data Management Quality Lead to join their team in Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; or Plano, TX supporting Supply Chain Data Management .A successful candidate will lead a globally distributed team of Architects, Functional Analysts, Developers and Business partners to manage projects and implement Data Integration, Data Conversion and Data Quality solutions in support of SAP ( Systems Applications and Processing) S/4 & MDG (Master Data Governance) implementations for Boeing’s Supply Chain Systems organization.Position Responsibilities:

Leads data integration, data conversion, and data quality project efforts with strong focus using Information Steward

Works with projects in creating/maintaining project plans including data quality related requirements, data quality rules, functional design, technical design, resource plan and performance metrics

Promotes and coordinates collaboration and governance across projects; lead/participate with data quality project teams on toolset platform architecture; implement data quality service architecture framework; provide data quality improvement recommendations

Manages technical issues resolution with Data Quality toolset by collaborating multiple internal support organizations

Engages external product vendors as required to resolve technical issues

Builds end-to-end data quality processes and develop automated tools for a set of SAP Objects starting from preparation to deployment and sustainment

Mentors and supports data integration, data conversion and data quality teams and drive data quality improvements

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in a Data Management role creating, processing, and delivering data

3+ years of experience with Systems Applications and Processing (SAP), S/4 HANA

3+ years of experience as a certified Agile Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance certification)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

SAP BODS Certification

SAP HANA Certification

SAP Activate Methodology

5+ years of experience with industry wide Data Quality tools

3+ years of experience using SAP Business Object Data Services (BODS)

Experience with SAP Data Model especially in the Master Data areas

Experience in SAP data transformation/conversion processes and tools

Experience in technical solution analysis and definition in large complex SAP solution landscape

Experience with in Data profiling and understanding Data Quality Standards

Experience with requirement analysis, design data quality solutions using industry best practices

Experience Defining and Creating Business Rules using data quality Toolset

Typical Education/Experience:Typically, 9 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
