As our Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic approaches to solutions and technology marketing that put our products and services at the forefront of our customers’ minds collaborating closely with BU product management, sales, the broader marketing organization, senior leadership and internal stakeholders. You will become a subject matter expert on Dell Technologies flexible consumption and as a service marketing offers and represent these to internal and external teams including sales, marketing, partners, customers, analysts, and media.The right candidate will be responsible for product messaging, positioning, sales enablement and overall marketing strategy. You will Identify and drive collaboratively best practices for marketing our as a service solutions throughout the organization, identify key metrics, and implement these practices to drive initiatives. This is a great opportunity to lead part of a large and growing Product Marketing organization.You will:Provide senior leadership, vision and operational direction to develop and execute Dell’s as-a-Service marketing strategy

Identify the organization's technical, functional and business strengths, establish relationships across the product groups and corporate marketing to optimize marketing impact.

Develop focused field enablement tools, messaging for channel partners and marketability to lead projects/initiatives across multiple teams

Create positioning and messaging for Dell’s Infrastructure product portfolio consistent with our target market(s) that resonate with Dell’s customers, press and analysts

Lead the development of effective global marketing assets and content to include presentations, videos, web content, and sales training

Create effective marketing assets and content, including presentations, videos, web content, and sales training that can be used globally

Partner with leadership to prepare and deliver key communications to internal and external stakeholder groups

Understand the competitive landscape – be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsLead distributed Product Marketing teams globally in infrastructure, storage or closely related competitive market

10+ years of product marketing experience

Execute marketing programs/product launches/product campaigns for IaaS/PaaS /SaaS Cloud solutions

Experience in marketing usage based subscription and/or managed as a service solutions and navigating GTM impact of driving it

Ability to build strong relationships across an entire spectrum of customers, influencers and executive-level decision makers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and across all levels of leadership and executive leadership

Proven success making and meeting aggressive deadlines and commitments
