Be sure to explore our Interviewing Guide to learn how to ace our interview process.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Manager of Corp FP&A, we are looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join Twitch's Corporate FP&A team. You will work closely with various partners including Finance, Accounting, and Amazon Corp teams to address challenges that directly impact Twitch's financial metrics. You will also support the forecast consolidation process, deliver management reporting, and use planning systems to expand data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will design new processes, enhance existing reports, and build new models that provide actionable insights to the levers of the business.You can work in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine or Seattle. This role will produce analysis and reports that directly contribute to decisions by our executive team, CFO, and all levels of finance leadership. Responsible for preparing Twitch’s financial MBR (monthly business review) reporting package including the Consolidated P&L and variance commentary by each business unit by leveraging TM1 and partnering with the business to understand variance drivers.

Drive Annual and Quarterly Operating Plan: Support the overall planning process, including scenario planning, setting targets, and managing the planning calendar. Guide the FP&A team through submissions and prepare review materials for executives.

Take a lead role in developing, standardizing, and continuously improving financial input templates to improve accuracy and accelerate forecast cycle times.

Help manage advanced reporting, analytics and dashboards that provide relevant insights into the levers of the business.

Coordinate forecast inputs from several teams, including process management through Finance system and spreadsheet-based data gathering and alignment of key assumptions and drivers

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in finance, ideally with experience in Corporate FP&A at a public company. Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP accounting foundation.

Experience using enterprise planning systems (e.g. Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion or SAP) for analysis and reporting

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business major

Experience in Excel or Google Sheets modeling and data analysis

Strong attention-to-detail, written and communication ability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tableau, Quicksights, PowerBI

Experience with Finance Systems implementation (Cognos TM1, Oracle OFA, SAP, and/or Anaplan)

Experience with Corporate Consolidations function

The base pay for this position ranges from $74,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
