Job Description:Core Responsibilities1. Cloud Ship Room Process Assessment Assess current ship room workflows across:      M365 public cloud regions     Sovereign cloud environments Identify fragmentation, duplication, and inconsistencies across teams. Evaluate the feasibility and value of consolidating ship room processes. Identify best practices that can be transferred between execution models.2. Public vs. Sovereign Cloud Operating Model Analysis Compare architectural and operational differences between:      Public cloud build‑outs     Sovereign cloud build‑outs Highlight where execution models must diverge vs. where standardization is realistic. Provide clarity on process, governance, and operating model differences, not deep technical design.3. Security & Privacy Engineering Maturity Evaluation Assess security and privacy engineering maturity across cloud build initiatives.
