Royal Bean Espresso has a part-time position to work at a busy drive-thru espresso stand.
Must be self-motivated, energetic, happy upbeat attitude, have awesome customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and ability to work independently and perform quality work without direct supervision. We are seeking an individual who is honest, flexible, reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends. Some expectations include preparing beverages to company standards for speed, quality, and consistency. The applicant must be able to work in a busy environment and have a passion for quality coffee. Correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Welcome and connect with every customer with a smile. Follow proper cash handling policies and procedures and conduct a successful cash audit upon the completion of each shift.
