Pay Rate: $21.64-$25.19/hour

ABOUT THE POSITION
This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishes, kitchen work areas, food preparation equipment, and utensils.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or dishwashing machine.
Wash pots, pans, & trays.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
Separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Assist in light food prep work, product processing, storage tasks, and other culinary tasks, as assigned.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Manual dexterity to operate cooking tools such as knives.
