DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, washing by hand or using the dishwashing machine.
Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchenware according to procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
Polish silver using burnishing machines, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
Keep dish area clean and organized, complying with safety and sanitation standards.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors and wash food prep surfaces.
Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
Assist in loading and unloading supplies and products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Food Handler Card required.
