Experienced Line Cook
Restaurant in the iconic Paramount Hotel opening soon.
Chan offers traditional Korean dishes using Western ingredients and modern cooking techniques. Korean-born Chef Heong Soon Park and his team bring diners an outstanding array of powerful flavors which blend spicy, salty, sour, sweet and umami on the plate.
Our focus is on the creating a complete, immersive Korean culinary experience for our diners. Our full cocktail bar features an array of craft cocktails developed specifically to complement our menu.
Qualifiers:
-Two plus years experience
-Professional with hospitality focus
-Strong teamwork/ self-motivator /able to work in a fast paced environment
-Available evenings and weekends
-Flexible in an ever changing environment
-Willing to want to learn and grow
-True care of people and your job
-Works well with others (no drama)

Full Time Line Cook: Tue through Sat 3pm to 11pm
