Are you passionate about boba tea, coffee, food and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking an early AM skilled barista to join our team for immediate hire!
As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of boba tea beverages and espresso beverages. You will provide an exceptional customer experience. In addition, you will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the store and inventory management as required. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our customers.
Barista Responsibilities:
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, taking orders, educating customers on our menu & and making recommendations.
-Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages to order following standard recipes
- Preparing components of drinks in advance following standard recipes
- Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends & holidays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent teamwork skills to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with operating point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food-handling procedures
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate preparation of food and beverages
- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred
- The ability to work efficiently and cleanly.
- Able to keep calm in a busy environment
- Experience as a barista.
REQUIRED:
MUST have 2 pieces of id: Valid state ID AND an original or certified copy of birth certificate or unexpired passport/permanent resident card/work visa
MUST be able to pass a background check
