Lead Line Cook, Nell's

Nell's is an upscale restaurant featuring a menu of Northwest seasonal ingredients. Our cuisine is European inspired and our menu changes often. We offer a nightly tasting menu and change the menu often. Zagat's rates Nell’s as the number two restaurant in Seattle. We are looking for an experienced line cook to join our team of professionals. Work at other high-end restaurants will be considered a plus. Position will entail prepping for service and working different stations during service. We are looking for someone who can work with our chef de cuisine and assist in running the restaurant. Involvement in ordering and menu development is expected. The job is full time and shifts generally run from about 2 - 10 PM. If interested, please email a resume
