The Mill Steakhouse + Spirits in Milton is looking for an experienced line cooks. We are a popular steakhouse located in the Milton centrally located between Puyallup and Federal Way. We scratch-make most of our items and seasonally change up our menu 4x a year. We take scratch-made pride in everything we make, from our sauces to our main entrees. We are uniquely different than most restaurants due to our scratch-made and locally sourced foods which has made us one of the most successful steakhouses in the PNW. We are family owned, treat our employees with respect, and have a bonus structure for tenured employees.
Must have 5+ years experience cooking. Strong sautee station a plus. Room for growth and advancement and possible management opportunities. Weekly pay, cash tips once a week, bonuses for tenured employees. No insurance is offered. Need to have reliable transportation. Pay is dependent on experience and starts at $19-$21 w/ tips. Our kitchen closes at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. Full time work is available.
We will he hiring for work starting Jan. 1st 2026 and interviewing the remainder of the year.
