We are looking for a part-time evening cook with experience stretching, tossing and launching pizza into an oven with a paddle (no screens). This is a solo kitchen so you are also responsible for preparing all other menu items including, but not limited to, panini sandwiches, salads and bagels. There is no busser so you are also responsible for all prep, dishes and running food out when needed.
Super fun job! Can be fast paced at times, but can also be mellow during down times. Motivated self-starter wanted; there is always something to do!
Pay is $22/hr to start plus tips; tips can average an extra $5-10/hr depending on the shift. Review after 90 days with opportunity for wage increase.
Previous pizza experience required! We make everything in house, including the dough.
