Assistant Manager - TacosLand
Responsible for managing restaurant operations with or in absence of General Manager. Drives guest-centric culture, excellent service, food quality, and compliance.
Key Duties:
- Assist with training and developing staff
- Assign tasks and manage daily operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety
- Hold team accountable for guest service and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and brand standards
- Analyze performance, identify trends, and drive sales growth
- Monitor costs and budget
- Monitor inventory
Qualifications:
- 21+ years old required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years high quality customer service experience, including 1 year in leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Valid food handlers permit required
- Valid alcohol service permit required
- Able to lift 10-50 lbs and work in fast-paced environment
