Knowledge/Qualifications Required
Have reliable transportation.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Have a great work ethic and strong attention to detail and the ability to work clean & multitask is very important.
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Leadership mentality - we are looking to promote within.
Ability to take direction and work effectively under pressure.
Team player and assist other cooks as needed.
Have a strong work ethic and be committed to high quality service.
Possess good communication skills-Show up on time for every shift ready to work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must obtain a valid food handlers permit
