Great customer service, primarily answering the phones / greeting patients, New Patient Account Setups, Comfortable handling Scheduling, Billing / Collecting Payments, Basic navigation of insurance for Patients / Practice, Comfortable with Data Entry general needs in Eaglesoft software. You will work closely with a seasoned employee who handles most of our Insurance / Treatment Plan Estimates / Office Management roles.
