We are looking for an Office Financial Coordinator for the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves handling administrative tasks and coordinating with patients and vendors to support the overall success of the practice.

We are a small privately owned practice, who provide high quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Oversee office supplies inventory and order necessary items.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards.

Patient Relations:

Greet patients, handle inquiries, and manage patient records.

Address patient complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and exceptional service.

Financial Management:

Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claims processing.

Manage office budget, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.

Handle patient payments and financial arrangements, including payment plans and collections.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure the office meets all regulatory and licensing requirements.

Prepare and submit reports as required by management or regulatory agencies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and financial records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required;

Previous experience in dental office management or a related administrative role.

Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance policies is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Spanish speaker is a plus
