We seek a driven and professional Healthcare Marketing Liaison to join our growing home care agency. This position is initially part-time (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role (40 hours per week). The primary responsibility of the Healthcare Marketing Liaison is to increase agency census and referrals by establishing strong relationships with various healthcare facilities, physician offices, and community medical organizations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to generate leads and potential clients.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
Network with healthcare professionals to increase referrals.
Research and understand the process of obtaining contracts from insurance companies and private entities.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $24 per hour.
Commission: Earn a commission for each client successfully signed.
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses every 6 months.
