One Sky Family Medicine is a holistic naturopathic primary care clinic located in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle. Specializing in family health, with a particular focus on pediatrics and women's health, our practice is committed to providing integrative and personalized care to our patients.
OSFM is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice of 6 naturopathic providers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. With at least three years of experience in a medical receptionist or similar role, our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities to include:
Manage phone calls and portal messages
Schedule visits and greet patients at the front desk
Assist with check-in, portal registration, and collecting payments
Address insurance questions and assist with billing issues
Utilize AthenaHealth, our comprehensive electronic health record system, for scheduling, messaging, charting, and billing
Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience as a medical receptionist or similar role, Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
$22/hour for experience <5 years, $25/hour for experience >5 years
