This is a full time position. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of Apartment Painting/maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall.
we are looking for an amazing painter to come in and assist the community. Must have time management and the ability to complete painting of the units in a timely manner.
Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds.
