Job Description:
We are a cannabis producer seeking a highly motivated, passion-driven individual to add to our team! We strive to consistently provide top shelf/premium cannabis products to the I-502 recreational market. To achieve this goal, we look to seek out high energy individuals with the ability to multi-task and change directions quickly. A passion for cannabis and the willingness to learn new skills.
Essential Duties:
Working in all aspects of plant growth
Assist in deleafing, pruning, and harvesting plants
Assist in building maintenance and cleaning
Carefully follow directions with a meticulous attention to detail
Willingness to continue to learn best practices of cannabis cultivation
Qualifications:
Be present and punctual every day
Follow directions yet work independently to meet production goals
Able to lift heavy objects up to 40lbs
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Acute attention to detail
Apply personal accountability and responsibility.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Schedule: 8 hour shifts. 10am - 6pm. Monday-Friday.
Pay: The starting pay is $22 an hour. 70 hours guaranteed per 2 week pay period.
Performance reviews every 6 months with raise potential.
No prior experience necessary.
