Cannabis Processing Crew Assistant Manager | SODO, Seattle | $26/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:00 pm
We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Cannabis Processing Crew Assistant Manager.
In this role, you will support the Processing Manager in daily tasks and ensure seamless operations by stepping into a leadership role during the manager’s absence.
This position is ideal for a reliable self-starter ready to take on increased responsibility within our production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Processing Manager with all assigned tasks.
Filling in for the manager and overseeing the crew during their absence.
Ensuring smooth daily operations within the processing department.
Providing guidance and support to team members.
Maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Following directions accurately and enforcing company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be 21 years or older.
Must be legally able to work in the US.
Must be able to maintain strict attendance and punctuality.
Must be physically fit and able to lift 40 lbs from the ground consistently.
Must be able to follow directions accurately and reliably.
Starting Pay: $26.00 per hour
