Growing commercial general contractor currently seeks a Construction Laborer for projects in King and Snohomish Counties. We specialize in tenant improvements and remodeling, focusing on office, institutional, retail, and medical facilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Know how to use basic hand tools / safely operate power tools.

Follow project instructions from field superintendent or supervisor.

Follow job site safety protocol.

Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure construction site is safe and clean.

Assist other craft workers as assigned.

Qualifications - Education/Experience:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must possess High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED).

Must hold a valid WA driver’s license and clean DOL driving record - DRIVING RECORD VERIFIED.

Construction Laborer experience; carpentry skills and experience are a plus.

Skills

Working knowledge of power tools.

Ability to listen and follow directions.

Knowledge of how and when to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Ability to stay organized and multi-task.

Understand commonly used building concepts, practices, and procedures.

Follows safety protocol in all situations.

Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
